Construction sand and crushed stone are not subject to mandatory certification. Sakhalinnerud JSC carries out certification of the main fractions of crushed stone and sand on a voluntary basis.

In order to confirm the reliability of production control, quality and safety of manufactured products, a testing laboratory has been established on the basis of Sakhalinnerud JSC, which is certified and periodically undergoes examination for the availability of necessary conditions for carrying out measurements in the field of testing crushed stone and sand. The protocols of such tests can be used for executive documentation, as well as for the purposes of surveys and conducting any examinations. For each batch of products sold at the Larch quarry, the buyer is issued a technical passport, which indicates the necessary indicators and characteristics for their compliance with GOST standards.

The laboratory of Sakhalinnerud JSC is required to undergo certification on the state of measurements at the State Regional Center for Standardization, Metrology and Testing in the Sakhalin Region.
