Euro – Prom van (40mm panel thickness)
The platform is a steel frame consisting of longitudinal beams (spars) and transverse channel–shaped ribs interconnected by steel rivets through scarves. The components of the platform are subjected to shot blasting (except for galvanized elements) and priming. After assembly, the platform is covered with an anticorrosive primer – enamel.
The floor covering is water–resistant laminated plywood with an anti-slip coating, attached to the frame with special high-strength screws.
The wall and roof panels are monolithic self–supporting three-layer sandwich panels. The outer and inner lining is clad metal S0.6 mm hard layer polyurethane foam.
The outer frame is made of galvanized corner (upper and vertical posts R 40), painted with white polyurethane enamel. The frame is fixed with structural glue and exhaust rivets (only the lower frame). Decorative plastic caps R 40 are installed in the front upper corners, which also ensure the tightness of the front upper corners.
The rear door frame is a welded structure made of galvanized profiles, with inserts for fixing fittings and reinforcement in the corners. The upper beam is made in the form of a rounded visor. It is painted with white polyurethane enamel.
The rear swing doors are double–leaf, with an opening angle of 270°. The thickness of the door leaf is 40mm, the outer and inner panels are clad in metal S0.6 mm, and the rigid layer is polyurethane foam. Sealer-TPE multi-lobed profile with antifriction pads. Galvanized rod fittings: hinges, one rod per door (with a van length of 6.5 m or more, two rods each) with cast locking fists. Locking of the closed position of the round handles of the rods, a rubber bump in the upper part, door locks in the open position are T-shaped (with a length of 6.5 m or more, door locks of the rod type are installed under the van).
The package includes two rubber bumpers on the rear frame. A handrail handle is installed on the right side of the door frame post, and a galvanized ladder is installed under the door. Plastic fenders with rubber mudguards and galvanized mounting brackets, license plate bracket (in the absence of a standard one on the chassis), mounting kit for attaching the van to the chassis (a set of ladders or brackets, depending on the chassis preparation).
Electrical equipment – taillights (front / rear and side) according to GOST R 41.48 – 2004, one overhead interior lighting lamp, an electrical box with a toggle switch for turning on the interior lighting (located in the lower left front corner under the van).
