An air suspension automobile semi-trailer with a front lifting axle, SAF/BPW/PLANT axles, is designed to transport various loads along a common road network with an axial load of up to 9 tons.
The platform is metal, equipped with metal sides and plywood flooring.
The trolley is three-axle with a single-pitched tire.
The support device consists of two screw jacks, which serves as the front support of the semi–trailer after uncoupling from the tractor.
Braking systems:
+ working – two-wire with pneumatic drive, brakes of all drum type wheels with ABS;
+ parking – brake mechanisms of the wheels of the middle and rear axles, driven by spring energy accumulators.
The suspension is pneumatic on six pneumatic cylinders with six hydraulic shock absorbers and a body position regulator, with a lifting front axle.
