Details about the TZA-8551M4-0000010 grain truck trailer
The TZA 8551M4-0000010 dump truck trailer (replaced the SZAP 8551-02M4 model) is designed for the transportation of bulk cargo for agricultural and construction purposes, with the exception of rock, coarse-grained inert materials of high density.
A platform with two levels of side sides: a lower one with the possibility of fixing both from above and below, an upper one with an upper attachment, a rear folding side with an upper attachment. Reinforced sides of the new design made of alloy steel 09G2C with ergonomic locking system.
The swivel trolley is reinforced, the frame of the swivel trolley has two positions of the triangular drawbar in height, the drawbar is equipped with a loop for a gap-free coupling.
The height of the coupling loop is 670-970 mm.
Unloading – to the sides and back.
The lifting angle of the platform is 45 degrees for sideways collapses, and 30 degrees for backward collapses.
The hydraulic cylinder – 1 pc. is located under the platform.
A direct current system with a voltage of 24V.
The frame of the TZA 8551M4 dump trailer is welded with two spars made of I-beams of variable cross-section made of high-strength steel.
The braking system is a pneumatic double–circuit, with drum-type braking mechanisms. WABCO anti-lock braking system to prevent trailer wheels from locking when braking. Parking brake system driven by spring energy accumulators to the braking mechanisms.
The trailers are equipped with high-quality FUWA axles with disc wheels with a drum-type service brake for use in harsh conditions. The used Camozzi fittings (Italy) increase the reliability of brake and pneumatic systems.
The trailer is usually used as part of a dump truck train in conjunction with KAMAZ-45143 and KAMAZ-45144 dump trucks.
