The cargo semi-trailer MZA 588513-012150-07 (an analogue of NEFAZ 93341-0112150-07) is designed to transport various goods as part of a road train with four-wheel drive tractors in difficult terrain conditions. This technique is in demand by transport companies delivering various equipment, building materials and residential modules for staff, through winter roads and marshy areas.
The frame design allows you to distribute the load from the transported cargo with a total weight of over 24 tons onto the tractor coupling and the three-axle trolley in such a way that the axial loads of the entire coupling (tractor + semi-trailer) meet the requirements of axial loads effective from 01.01.2015.
The cargo platform is a flat platform with a length of 13480 mm and a width of 2476 mm. The floor covering is metal, in which hinges are installed for reliable fixation of transported goods. The PP is equipped with ten removable metal side sides, a fixed front side and a folding rear side. The height of all installed sides is 730 mm. Hinges for fastening the canopy are installed on the outer surface of the sides. The sides are fixed in the closed position by means of locks recessed into the removable side posts.
If it is necessary to transport bulky cargo, it is possible to disassemble the platform, all sides and racks are bolted together.
The semi-trailer frame is welded, with two spars made of I-beams of variable cross-section and cross-members made of high-strength steel.
The side protection is hinged, which facilitates the maintenance of the semi-trailer and makes the spare wheel more accessible.
The spare wheel is located between the support device and the front axle. For the convenience of lifting and lowering, the spare wheel holder is equipped with a winch.
The support device is mechanical - two synchronized screw jacks, with a two-speed drive.
The rear rollback bar is height adjustable.
425/85R21 off-road tires (similar to KAMAZ 44108 and KAMAZ 53504 tractors).
