Production technology / the shape of the van is frameless, sandwich glued* / rectangular with a flat roof.
The insulation of the EPPS van is 60 mm thick on the sides, 80 mm on the front wall and roof, 80 mm on the floor, and 80 mm in the rear doors.
The exterior cladding of the van on the sides, front wall, and doors is made of interconnected sheets of white galvanized steel.
On the roof there are interconnected sheets of galvanized steel. The interior lining of the van walls, ceiling, doors are interconnected sheets of galvanized steel. The thickness of the sheet is 0.55 mm.

The base (superstructure) of the van is a welded/prefabricated superstructure consisting of two longitudinal spars (channels). The color is black.
The van is mounted on the chassis by ladders and metal cheeks with bolted connections, the front mounting of the van spars and chassis spars is carried out using damping elements (not rigidly).
The threads of the ladders are coated with a special composition that eliminates corrosion.
The inner corners and baseboards are a corner, galvanized 1.5mm thick.
The portal of the rear doors is load-bearing, welded from a galvanized profile with a wall thickness of 3mm. with internal reinforcements. The anti–corrosion coating of the portal is powder coated, with polymerization in the sintering chamber. The color is white. There is a thermal break between the portal and the inner surface of the van walls.
The doors in the van are rear double-leaf swing doors with an opening angle of 270 °, with locking in the open position.

The accessories of the rear doors are galvanized rod locks with a PUSH-2 handle.
Hinges: 4 pieces per door.
A handle is installed on the rear door opening, and a galvanized three–step ladder is installed under the van.
