Single-tooth ripper 50-50-4SP B10M, T-130, T-170

The 50-50-04SP pickaxe, type H (10H), can be used on the T-170 (B170) or B10M bulldozer for the most difficult work – for the development of so-called virgin land, rocky and frozen soils, overburden, soil preparation for future hydraulic engineering work. This type of ripper is equipped with a parallelogram tooth with a downward–pointing tip, and the entire thrust force of the machine – in first gear up to 150 kN - falls on this one tooth.

The tooth of the ripper has three holes in the upper part of its "body" for its installation at different heights from the soil. If you look at the picker in profile, the tooth in the upper and central parts is straight, and only in the lower part bends inwards (towards the tractor) and ends with a parallelogram sharp tip at an angle.

The protector is like a special strip on the inside of the tooth fold, a 50-50-60 part, which is designed to protect the tooth bend from destruction when it moves with great force through hard ground.;

The lifting and lowering of the picker assembly, regardless of the number of teeth, is controlled by a group of hydraulic cylinders 50-50-225SP. The pickaxe lifting cylinder, a double–acting piston, has a stroke of 450 mm, a piston diameter of 160 mm and a rod diameter of 80 mm. The picker, which, unlike the bulldozer blade, is fixed behind the tractor (bulldozer) "ChTZ", "follows" it according to the principle of a harrow in agriculture. With a bulldozer blade, the machine removes the soil or rock developed by the ripper. Thus, for example, a deep excavation can be made in many passes of a bulldozer, even in very hard frozen ground.
The main components of the 50-50-04SP ripper assembly are the installation of hydraulic cylinders, rods, a tooth stand, a beam for fixing the tooth stand, a sleeve with protection, a stopper and a bar, support frames, various fasteners and stops.
