The TONAR-98271 cattle semi-trailer (4-axle) is 16.5 m. It is designed to transport pigs and sheep with 3 floors (tiers) of loading. The body is made entirely of aluminum profiles. Loading is floor-by-floor. The floors are driven by a hydraulic chain with locking.

The suspension is dependent, on longitudinal elastic levers with pneumatic elastic elements and telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers.
The axles of the wheels are TONAR, with a maximum load of up to 9000 kg. It is allowed to install custom axles from other manufacturers. The 1st and 4th axes are self-steering.

The service brake system is equipped with a two-wire pneumatic actuator, electronically controlled EBS configuration 4S/2M. The brakes are drum brakes with internal pads.
The parking brake system is mechanically driven by spring-loaded energy accumulators on the second and third axles.
Emergency braking system - in case of disconnection of connecting lines with the tractor, the working brake chambers of all axles; In case of air leakage from the semi–trailer system, spring–loaded energy accumulators of the second and third axles.
Electrical equipment is made according to a two-wire circuit with a rated voltage of 24 V.
Hydroelectric power plant - "PENTA" (Italy). It is powered by 2 batteries.
The frame is welded from I-beam cross-section spars of variable height, connected by crossbars. A rolling plate with a bolt is placed in the front of the frame.
The trailer is equipped with ventilation, lighting and drinking systems.
