Tonar-9827-0000020 cattle truck for transportation in three tiers is a reduction in time spent on loading and unloading pigs compared to a semi-trailer equipped with an elevator. There is no free space left during loading due to the fixed separation grilles. Trailer cleaning costs are reduced.
Animal body:
The body is 3-storey, completely made of aluminum. Floors: The lower floor is completely self-supporting made of double-walled aluminum beams on top with an anti-slip profile. The 2nd floor is identical to the lower floor. This floor is a drive floor. The 3rd floor is identical to the 2nd and lower floors and moves at the expense of the 2nd floor. Lifting floors are moved vertically using a system of hydraulic chain drives. The design of the floors and drives ensures the movement of floors under a load of up to 10,000 kg. A hydraulic autonomous battery-powered system serves as the power drive for the mobile floor system. The batteries are recharged from the tractor's engine. The power supply is located under the floor of the van.
Internal barriers:
removable, completely made of aluminum; divide each tier into 5 sections; fixed with latches; have a reinforced welded structure.
Side walls:
smooth, made of aluminum profiles. The windows in the side walls (located on all three tiers) have latches that adjust the natural ventilation of the body.
Ventilation valves: made of aluminum, can be fully opened and closed, manual operation.
Front wall: made of aluminum.
Rear doorway: for loading and unloading animals, a sliding ramp door with lifting guards is installed on the rear door block. The drive is mechanical.
Ramp:
rises vertically and serves as a door.
Fans:
12 pieces (4 on each floor). Drinking system: 2 150-liter water tanks with pneumatic supply; 30 drinkers (10 on each floor, 2 per compartment).
Body lighting: a lamp for lighting the rear loading ramp of the ramp; 6 lanterns for interior lighting of the body (2 per floor).
Boxes: on both sides of the axles, boxes are attached for the tank of the drinking system, batteries (for recharging batteries there is a cable with a connector for connecting to the tractor connector), a hydraulic tank and a hydraulic pump for lifting floors.
