The HYDROG DG-3000 equipment is designed for laying roadsides and sidewalks.

The NYDROG DG-3000 curb laying machine is designed to solve various tasks:

· High-performance paving of roadsides with various materials: PGS, crushed stone, gravel, sand, hot asphalt concrete (when using a feed belt with higher temperature resistance), etc.;

· Widening of roadsides by a preset amount with smooth adjustment and leveling system when shifting from the filling path;

· Roadside reinforcement by pouring sand and gravel to a depth of about 40 cm relative to the roadway level;

· Filling of roadsides according to precisely specified parameters, observing the height and profile;

The universal mounting of the curb stacker allows the equipment to be mounted on the working bodies of a wheel loader or backhoe loader.

The NYDROG DG-3000 curb-laying machine uses a loader drive only for movement (acts as a pusher), and the working elements are powered by an autonomous internal combustion diesel engine in interaction with a variable-capacity hydraulic pump.

The car is equipped with a Regkips diesel engine from the industrial range for the heaviest materials and working conditions.

The original English assembly is the key to quality and trouble—free operation for years. This series of engines is characterized by increased resource, low consumption and fuel requirements.

Sturdy support wheels – no maximum load limits

Made in Germany.

Long-lasting wheels are resistant to cuts, delamination from loads, rolling, hitting pits and other damage. The wheel's bondage is solid-cast, reinforced. The composition of the rubber with a high content of sulfur and silicon dioxide guarantees a long service life under multi-ton loads. The wide profile eliminates pressing into the fresh asphalt.

High productivity = completed object on time

The practical productivity of the work is 6-12 km/day and depends only on the organization of the material supply. The wide belt conveyor, ribbed drums and the power reserve of all units ensure fast unloading and distribution without the risk of stopping or slipping the belt.
