GT7 LNG gas carrier PPCT-60, Moscow

GT7 LNG tank semi-trailers are manufactured by NPO Oil and Gas Engineering and Special Automotive Industry with 87% production localization in Russia.

The GT7 LNG tank consists of a cryogenic tank with pearlite-vacuum or shield-vacuum insulation, which ensures minimal losses of liquefied gas during its transportation and storage. The inner vessel is made of 12X18H10T steel. The outer vessel is made of steel 09G2C. The tank semi-trailer is equipped with a communications system consisting of discharge and filling pipelines, Bestobell safety valves, and Wika instrumentation.

The safety system of tank semi-trailers is provided by safety valves and a bursting diaphragm mounted on an external vessel.

An aluminum evaporator is installed on the lower part of the external vessel of the tank semi-trailer, designed to create and maintain pressure in the vessel when delivering LNG.

Drainage-free storage in tanks of GT7 LNG semi-trailers with pearlite-vacuum insulation is 12 days.
