HYDROG STRONG series coachers have proven themselves well in Russian conditions. The main difference of this series is the possibility of preparing cast asphalt directly in the bunker in the "field conditions". The kocher for cast asphalt of this series is equipped with a powerful engine, a heating system and a hydraulic agitator that allows turning the most viscous and heavy asphalts of polymer modification. At the same time, the user does not need to run a full-fledged asphalt plant based on a road company, which is known to be very problematic in winter.

The kocher can be mounted both on a car trailer and on a chassis.

Kocher (thermos hopper) This is a fully autonomous equipment, the vertical shape of the agitator allows you to maximize the load capacity of the chassis. We also install the equipment on the customer's toll-free chassis.

Advantages of cast asphalt:

A special feature of the kocher for cast asphalt is a highly efficient heating and mixing system for the material. Hot air circulates between the walls of the hopper, smoothly warming up the entire mixture. The required temperature is supplied by a safe automatic diesel burner, which is located in a closed enclosure — the operator does not have access to it. The blades of the agitator are made of a special wear-resistant alloy. The hydraulic drives of the asphalt thermos are powerful enough to handle the thickest masses. The bottom of the bunker is reinforced.
