The machine is designed to distribute the cast asphalt concrete mixture on the surface of the roadway according to the specified parameters. The distribution is carried out using screw feeders and heated leveling plates. Movement is carried out on special steel guides (rails) or on a flat surface. The stacker has a modular structure - the required distribution width is obtained by adding segments to the base module. The drive of all elements is hydraulic from its own engine.

Impellers

All impellers have their own hydraulic drive, powered by a stacker motor. The wheels consist of high-quality Sontin tires and removable hoops for movement along steel rails and rails. Wide wheels (130 mm) allow you to safely work on bitumen waterproofing without damaging it. The impellers are hidden within the right and left running elements. This solution increases the machine's capabilities and allows the material to be laid closer to the curb or wall. The speed of movement is adjusted smoothly – separately for the right and left sides.

Heating system of the leveling plate

The plates are heated evenly over the entire length by gas burners. Burners are located along the entire length of the plates. The side limiters are heated by hand torches. Both cars have 2 places for propane butane 11 kg or 33 kg gas cylinders.

Distribution system

Depending on the conditions, the stacker can move on steel wheels on rails or on rubberized wheels adapted for smooth road surfaces.

The laying width can be increased gradually, up to a maximum of 5,500 or 7,500 mm (depending on the machine version). The required width is obtained by adding segments with leveling and heated plates. All work processes are controlled smoothly and hydraulically.

The working width and other technical parameters of the machine can optionally be made individually according to customer requirements. The stacking adjustments allow you to work close to the curbs, so that the stacker moves along the curb with one side and along the construction site with the other.

Distributing screws and its own hydraulic lift for changing wheels

The smoothing plate can be equipped with distributing screws to evenly distribute the mixture over the entire width of the installation. It is especially effective with a laying width of more than 3 meters. The augers have a smooth speed control. For the convenience of changing wheels, the cast asphalt stacker is equipped with its own hydraulic lifts.

Own engine and operator's work area

All elements are driven by its own RRKINS diesel engine, which is housed in a protective noise-absorbing casing.

The engine is located on the operator's platform, which in turn is safe and has a fence along its entire length.

Work lighting and transport wheels

Quick-release transport wheels with high full tires, with the ability to adjust and lock the direction of travel. To work at dusk, the machine has two halogen spotlights mounted on high supports.

The maximum stacking width is achieved by assembling expansion modules to the main one. The lateral bounding modules smoothly shift to precisely adjust the width. Optionally, the stackers can be supplemented with augers, which allow the particularly dense cast mass to be evenly distributed along the smoothing plate.
