Concrete paver distributor RS-3000

The RowerPaversPS-3000 distributor is designed for distributing concrete to a width of 3.65 – 12 meters, followed by laying with a concrete paver. For rent.
This machine goes in front of the concrete paver during the laying of the reinforced concrete bed and distributes the concrete to the width of the laying. The use of a concrete dispenser increases productivity by 2-2.5 times.
At the moment, the distributor has a track record of completed work on runways for servicing heavy aircraft at the international airports of Saransk and Samara.
The RS-3000 two-track distributor and loader goes 20-30 m ahead of the concrete paver in order to distribute the concrete mixture in front of it over the entire width of the coating to be laid. The machine has a conveyor belt, onto which the dump truck unloads concrete, approaching from the side. The mixture is transferred along the conveyor to the strip, after which the auger located in front of the machine distributes the concrete, and a special mold removes the excess. The distributor is indispensable when laying reinforced coatings, because if there is an armored frame, the dump truck cannot run over it, which means it must unload the concrete mix from the side. And in the case of installation without reinforcement (in many airports, reinforcement is not done by increasing the thickness of the coating), the distributor acts as an overloader, allowing the concrete stacker to go non-stop. This significantly improves the quality of the coating: waves are not formed, which inevitably occur during stops.
