KB-403B.4 is designed for mechanization of construction and installation works in residential and civil construction of structures up to 35.4 m high with a mass of mounted elements up to 8 tons. KB-403B.4 is a construction mobile full-turn crane on a rail track with a rotary tower and a boom boom with a cargo truck, providing vertical and horizontal transportation of construction parts and materials.

KB-403B.4 is transported from facility to facility in assembled form.
