The Cormach 180,000 E4 with a lifting capacity of 50 tons is a Z-shaped hydraulic lifting mechanism with an articulated or "cranked" boom with a rigid (hinged) suspension of the lifting body (hook, gripper, etc.) and an integrated winch for suspending the second lifting device, which is pivotally mounted on the boom head. The boom head of a heavy hydraulic crane is equipped with a rotator. In the folded position, the boom of the hydraulic telescopic crane is parked in the plane of the self-propelled cargo carrier. An additional platform is installed between the hydraulic manipulator and the cabin to accommodate the payload and accessories for the manipulator. The Cormach 180,000 E4 manipulator crane is a technical hydraulic drive device that simulates the functions of a human hand with the ability to telescope cargo and bring it to a height and lower the load below the carrier level due to the cable suspension of the hook. The boom of the manipulator has a payload of 50 tons at a reach of 2 meters, with a practical payload of 30 tons at a reach of 4 meters with a load moment of 156 tons / meter. The maximum reach of the boom is 12 meters, with a lifting capacity of 12 tons per boom. To stabilize the operation, the hydraulic manipulator is equipped with a 4-point support system due to 2 H-shaped outriggers.
