CHASSIS CABIN

A full-size cabin of our own design with ergonomic design, vibration and noise insulation. CHASSIS FRAME
The frame is designed and engineered by SANY Corporation.  The torsion-resistant box-like structure, welded with fine-grained, high-strength steel plates, has a high load-bearing capacity.

Weichai, WP7.300E51, Euro V, 6-cylinder with intercooling. The maximum power is 220 kW at 2100 rpm. Electronic control unit, hour meter. The fuel tank is 300 liters.

TRANSMISSION
Mechanical with a synchronizer. The transmission has 9 forward and 2 reverse speeds.

WHEELS AND TIRES
14.00R20 tires are installed on all axles. A spare tire.

THE BRAKING SYSTEM
Working: pneumatic, with ABS, the brakes of the front axle wheels are disc brakes, the rear wheels are drum brakes. Parking: operates on 2 and 3 axes. Emergency: it is triggered when the pressure in the operating system drops. Auxiliary: a retarder motor brake that ensures safety when driving on long descents.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
Two maintenance-free 12V batteries with a mechanical power switch, which can be used to turn off the power to the entire faucet. Data exchange between the crane installation and the chassis is carried out via the CAN interface. The number and location of lighting devices and lighting equipment meets the requirements of the Regulations UN No. 48. Additionally, a searchlight on the boom and yellow flashing lights are installed.

The 5-section boom is made of high-strength sheet steel and has a U-shaped cross-section. The sections are telescoped by means of a rope mechanism with one hydraulic cylinder.

BOOM LIFTING
The boom angle range is from -2° to 80°. When lowering the boom, its own weight is used. This reduces energy costs and increases sustainability.

SECURITY SYSTEMS
The loading time indicator.
The hydraulic system is equipped with balancing and bypass valves, a two-way hydraulic lock, etc. to ensure the stability and reliability of the hydraulic system.
The main and auxiliary winches are equipped with safety devices to prevent excessive cable tension.
The boom and extension cable heads are equipped with switches to prevent excessive cable winding.
Thanks to the length and angle sensor and the pressure sensor, the operating status of the crane is displayed in real time, as well as automatic shutdown in case of an emergency and an audible alarm.

THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The electronic touch screen displays current information about the crane's operation in Russian: lifting angle and boom reach, lifting height and weight, load moment, maximum load capacity. The interface of human interaction with the crane has become even more convenient. The user can adjust the control of the car according to their personal preferences and depending on the operating conditions.

CRANE SYSTEM ROTATION
The crane unit rotates 360° at a speed of up to 2.5 rpm. Thanks to the unique design of the rotary device, braking has become even more stable.

COUNTERWEIGHT
One non-removable counterweight weighing 4 tons, one removable counterweight weighing 2.2 tons.

CARGO WINCHES
The main winch is equipped with a 180 m long and Ø14 mm rope.
The additional winch is equipped with a rope length of 105 m and Ø14 mm.

HOOK BLOCKS

The load capacity of the main hook block is 25 tons. The weight of the hook block is 250 kg.
The load capacity of the additional hook block is 3 tons. The weight of the hook is 52 kg.

OUTRIGGERS
4 supports are extended by means of a hydraulic system in horizontal and vertical directions. The alignment of the supports is performed automatically. The cylinders of each jack are protected by a two-way hydraulic lock.  The reference contour is 6.4 × 6.5 m.

OPERATOR'S CABIN
The operator's cabin is equipped with a safety glass, a sun visor, joysticks for controlling the crane installation, and a panoramic sunroof. The cabin structure is welded, corrosion-resistant, reinforced with fiberglass. The operator's seat reclines.All information about the operation of the crane installation is displayed on the touch screen. The angle of the display is adjustable. The cabin can be tilted at an angle of up to 20°, which makes it convenient to observe the load at height. The optimal microclimate is provided by an air conditioner and a heating system.

OPERATING TEMPERATURE RANGE
Operation at air temperatures from -30 °C to +40 °C.
