The wheel disc 700A.31.00.020 DW 610-660 of Kirovets tractors K-700, K-700A, K-701 is attached to the driver of the final transmission of the drive axle. It is very heavy (about 60 kilograms without a tire), fits on the driver 700.23.00.090-1 and is fastened with clamps 700.31.00.011-3, which in turn fit on studs 700.23.00.089-1 and are screwed with eight nuts M20X1.5. On new models of tractors such as K-744 or tractors operated in harsh conditions K-702, the disc looks a little different and is mounted on 16 nuts.

Twin wheel discs of the K-700 tractor (Spark on Kirovets)
On Kirovets tractors, a method of doubling the wheels is provided to reduce the specific pressure on the ground using special elongated pins screwed into the carrier of the on-board gearbox. In order to install the second pair of wheels, the wheel disc is removed, short standard studs are unscrewed and long ones are screwed into their place.*
The first wheel is mounted on the studs, into the conical surface of which a special spacer wheel is inserted and pressed by an additional wheel. All this is secured with serial nuts. PTZ recommends setting the pressure in the additional tires to 0.09 MPa, and in the main tires to 0.11 MPa.** ___________________ * It is noteworthy that the length of the pins for the K-700 is shorter than the K-700A and K-701. The length of the stud for K-700 is 805mm, and for others it is 905 mm. ** During the first two hours of driving a tractor with double wheels, it is recommended to tighten the nuts of the wheel disc.
