The semi-trailer frame is a welded structure made of I-beam spars and load-bearing crossbars. A side guard, bumper, and spare wheel holder are mounted on the frame. The coupling pin is of class H50 in accordance with the requirements of UNECE Regulation No. 55 and is designed for operation with a tractor unit having a class G50 coupling device in accordance with the requirements of UNECE Regulation No. 55.

Pendant

The axes of the tubular section with a drum brake mechanism (1st and 2nd 3rd axes are gable.) Suspension spring-balancing "MAZ".

Pneumatic brakes

The service brake system is pneumatic, two-wire, equipped with ABS. The parking brake system operates through the spring-loaded energy accumulators of the front and rear axles.

ABS Electrical Equipment

ABS (4S/2M) with rollover resistance system. RSS with the (ABS/ALB) function. The diagnostic connector for checking ABS and EBS is located outside. The pneumatic coupling device (heads) are located in front of the frame on the bracket. Sockets for connecting electrical equipment of semi-trailers according to ISO 1728 and an outlet for connecting ABS and EBS according to ISO 7638 are located on this bracket. Installation of Wabco equipment is possible in the "Screen" section.

Tires

The wheels of the semi-trailer are double-sided disc tires with chamber tires of dimension 11,00R20 HC16. CIS tires. Fastening with standard bolts and nuts, the hole diameter is 26 mm. Double pinning of all axes.

Chassis

Sliding support device of the OZAA company with a mechanical drive, permissible load of 24 tons, control on one side, on the right in the direction of movement.Two anti-rollback stops with holders. Installing a side fence. Installation of the spare wheel in front of the axial unit. Installing mudguards.

Installation of specialized equipment. The specialized equipment consists of a front side, lodgments and tensioners. The front side is connected by ties to the first base. The base consists of a beam and two posts. The design of the base ensures the placement and retention of logs during transportation. The loading height of the beds is 1800 mm. The height of the front side is 1890 mm (made in the form of a crate).

Flooring

Installation of flooring. The studded board is 34 mm thick. It is possible to install laminated plywood with a thickness of 27 mm.

The electrical equipment of the semi-trailer is made according to a single-wire scheme. The metal parts of the semi-trailer serve as the second wire. The rated voltage of the semi–trailer's electrical system is 24V.

The electrical equipment system includes the following products:

-two taillights that perform the following functions: parking lights, turn signals, brake lights, reverse gear and fog lights;

-two front parking lights;

-ten side marker lights with a reflective device;

-two license plate lights,

-two full-size lanterns;

— two seven-terminal sockets, a portable lamp socket, connecting panels, wiring harnesses for connecting electrical equipment.

The warning lights are switched on and off by switches installed in the tractor cab. The light source is incandescent lamps and-24-21-3 and A-24-5. To indicate the dimensions in the dark, retroreflectors are installed on the semi–trailer: the front ones are white, and the rear ones are red in triangular shape.
